The Summit will bring together the NOBOCAP European Community. of Innovation hubs/clusters in Europe and know-how/knowledge/supportive partners, with Notified Bodies, National Competent authorities (representatives of the Medical Device Coordination Group-MDCG) and the European Commission. The Summit will provide a unique opportunity to discuss with decision makers on latest and future planned implementation of Breakthrough Innovation pathways, Structured dialogue with NB - Scientific Advice/consultatoin and the interplay of AI Act and MDR/VDR for conformity assessment of medical and AI technology.

A current state of play on the attractiveness of europe for SME driven innovation and planned legislative and non-legislative initiative by EU, National and NoBoCap Community will be discussed.

Spin-off, Start-ups, Scale ups (innovator SME), Investors and other key actors can register to join the summit in-person. A streaming will be made available for all those that registered to join virtually.

Pre-Summit workshops can be attended and offer valuable insights and hands-on experience with NoBoCap Services and develop proposals on the way forward unlocking of MDR/IVDR and AI Act for Innovation. 

The Summit takes place in Brussels on 15th - 16th October 2025.
