You are advised to read these Terms & Conditions in full prior to registering to attend Digital First (the "Event"). Submission of an online registration is regarded as a firm booking (subject to availability) and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Cancellation charges will apply for all bookings.

1. Definitions and Status

"Event" means the Digital First conference taking place on 1 December 2026 at Brussels Gate, Alfons Gossetlaan 9, 1702 Dilbeek, Belgium -
"Organizer" means FOGES NV (also known as OFCORES), Hendrik Placestraat 43A, B-1702 Dilbeek, Belgium — VAT: BE0799 416 689 -
"Delegate" means any individual registered to attend the Event -
"Registration Fee" means the ticket price paid by or on behalf of the Delegate
These Terms & Conditions and your online registration together constitute the entire contract between the Organizer and you relating to your attendance at the Event. They supersede all prior agreements, negotiations, and discussions between the Organizer and you. The Organizer reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on this website immediately. 2. Registration Registration for Digital First is available at https://digitalfirst.be/tickets/ and processed via the Idloom platform at https://ofcores.idloom.events/digital-first/register. A registration is only confirmed once payment has been received in full and a confirmation email has been issued. All registrations are made on behalf of an individual Delegate and are subject to availability. By completing registration, the Delegate agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. As part of quality control, all registration categories will be checked. If an incorrect registration category has been selected, the Organizer reserves the right to charge the correct fee and issue a revised invoice. 3. Ticket Types and What Is Included Ticket types

Complimentary and group ticket inclusions may differ; details will be confirmed at the time of issue. 4. Payment Terms All prices are stated exclusive of VAT. Belgian VAT will be applied at the applicable rate and will appear on the invoice. Payment methods: Individual registrations (up to 4 tickets) must be paid by credit card at the time of registration. For orders of 5 or more tickets, payment by bank transfer is also available; an invoice will be issued. Payment deadline: Payment of all fees must be made in full and in cleared funds within 14 days of submitting your registration. If you register less than 14 days before the Event, payment must be made in full before attending. Price tier escalation: Each ticket category is available for a defined period. If payment is not received before the closing of the sales period in which you registered, the Organizer reserves the right to charge the rate applicable to the next sales period and issue a revised invoice. Invoice delivery: Invoices to Belgian entities will be issued through the Peppol e-invoicing network. Delegates are required to enter their VAT number and Peppol identifier when completing registration. If a PO number is required on the invoice, this must also be entered together with the billing details at the time of registration. Delegates are responsible for the accuracy of all billing information provided. Late payment: In the event of failure to pay when due, the unpaid amount will automatically and without formal notice accrue interest at the rate of 1% per month, and will also be increased by a fixed indemnity of 15% with a minimum of €125. Non-payment: The Organizer reserves the right to cancel any registration without warning if all fees due have not been paid prior to the Event. Cancellation charges as set out in Section 5 will apply. 5. Cancellation by the Delegate All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to hello@digitalfirst.be. A cancellation will not be effective until it is acknowledged in writing by the Organizer's team, which shall be given without undue delay.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of written acknowledgement of the cancellation. If a Delegate cannot attend, they may transfer their ticket to a colleague free of charge — see Section 6. 6. Ticket Transfers (Substitutions) Delegates may transfer their ticket to another individual at no additional charge. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to hello@digitalfirst.be no later than 21 November 2026, with the name, job title, and email address of the substitute attendee. Transferred tickets are subject to the same Terms & Conditions. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse a transfer where there is reason to believe the substitute attendee would be in breach of these terms. 7. Event Cancellation or Postponement by the Organizer The Organizer reserves the right at any time and at its sole discretion to:

cancel or postpone the Event; and/or -
cancel a Delegate's registration if the Organizer has reasonable grounds for believing that either: (a) the Delegate's attendance at the Event might be damaging or otherwise detrimental to the reputation of the Organizer; and/or (b) the Delegate is likely to fail to comply with the Organizer's code of conduct at the Event or otherwise breach these Terms & Conditions.
In the event of such a cancellation or, if relevant, where a Delegate is unable to attend any re-arranged date for the Event, the Organizer will refund any Registration Fees paid directly to the Delegate upon proof of purchase. This refund (if any) shall be the full extent of the Organizer's liability arising out of such cancellation or postponement. If no payments have been made in relation to the Event, the Organizer shall have no liability to the Delegate arising out of such cancellation or postponement. In the event of cancellation or postponement, the Organizer will use reasonable endeavours to notify affected Delegates by email. Details of any cancellation or postponement will also be posted on the Digital First website. Event cancellation as stipulated in this section shall not apply in the case of force majeure (see Section 8). 8. Force Majeure The Organizer shall not be liable for any postponement, delay, or default in performing its obligations under these Terms & Conditions if such delay or default is caused by reasons beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: war, insurrection, national emergency, epidemic, pandemic, Covid-19 or related measures, interruption or failure of any utility or telecommunications service or network, terrorism, government restrictions, acts of God, industrial action, unforeseen closure of any event venue and/or the Organizer's usual place of work, unavailability of key personnel, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer. 9. Programme Changes It may be necessary, for reasons beyond the control of the Organizer, to change the programme content, speakers, and/or timings. The Organizer and sponsors are not liable for any such changes. 10. Venue Access and Personal Property Your right to access the Event venue is strictly subject to all policies, rules, and regulations imposed by the Organizer and/or the venue. Delegates must comply with the reasonable directions of the venue at all times. You must insure and keep insured any property or equipment you bring to the Event venue. Any such property or equipment is brought to, and left at, the Event venue entirely at your own risk. The Organizer shall not assume any liability for personal property or equipment. Delegates must wear their badge visibly at all times during the Event. The badge is personal and may not be shared. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals who cannot present a valid registration confirmation. 11. Code of Conduct All Delegates are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout the Event. The Organizer and the venue reserve the right, in their sole discretion and without liability, to remove or refuse entry to any Delegate who fails to comply with the code of conduct or commits any breach of these Terms & Conditions, without entitlement to a refund. The full Digital First Code of Conduct will be published on the event website no later than 3 months before the Event. 12. Photography, Video, and Recordings Photography and video footage will be taken throughout Digital First and may be used by FOGES NV for communication and promotional purposes, including on the Digital First website, social media channels, and marketing materials for future editions. If a Delegate does not wish to be photographed or filmed, they should notify a member of the Digital First team at the registration desk on arrival. Certain sessions may be live-streamed or recorded. Full details are set out in the Digital First Privacy Policy. 13. Speaker Disclaimer Speakers alone are responsible for the content of their respective presentations. It is the policy of the Organizer to give the fullest freedom to speakers to express their opinions. The opinions expressed by speakers do not necessarily represent the views of the Organizer, sponsors, or exhibitors. 14. Non-Discrimination Policy The Organizer is committed to providing equality of opportunity and fair treatment for all. The Organizer will not intentionally discriminate on the basis of gender, age, marital status, sexual orientation, ethnic origin, religion, culture, or disability in dealing with Delegates. 15. Warranty The Organizer warrants that it shall use reasonable endeavours to perform its obligations with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly set out in these Terms & Conditions, all warranties, conditions, and other terms implied by statute or common law are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded. Delegates warrant that they shall not, by any act or omission, cause the Organizer to be in breach of its agreements with any of its third-party providers in relation to the Event. 16. Data Protection The Organizer processes personal data in connection with event registration and attendance in accordance with the Digital First Privacy Policy. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium. 18.
