  • DIANA is collecting personal information for security and programmatic purposes related to the NATO DIANA International Demo Days 2026. DIANA is not sharing this information with any third party other than for security and administrative purposes connected with the event.  
  • The event may be recorded: you must identify yourself as someone who does not want to be recorded. DIANA may not be able to guarantee that you will not be recorded during the event but will ensure that reasonable measures are taken to prevent that.
  • This event is held at the UNCLASSIFIED level; you should only share information you are comfortable with potentially becoming public. DO NOT SHARE INFORMATION YOU WOULD NOT WANT MADE PUBLIC, as DIANA cannot guarantee that any information shared during the event will remain in confidence.  

 

Privacy Notice: 

The NATO Defence Accelerator for the North Atlantic (“DIANA”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. By participating in the NATO DIANA International Demo Days 2026, you acknowledge and agree to the following: 

  • Personal and other data collected within the registration form will be used for the purposes of security and administration of the event, including matchmaking with DIANA innovators. Obtaining information on your personal and professional background will help facilitate and ensure your participation in the NATO DIANA International Demo Days 2026 activities.
  • The personal data collected in this form will not be shared with any third party other than as necessary to organize the delivery of the event. DIANA reserves the right to verify any aspect of the provided data with relevant authorities and databases.
  • Panels, presentations, and related activities may be video recorded, photographed, or otherwise captured, which includes likeness, voice, and/or image in any form or media (“Visual Media”), for educational, administrative, and promotional purposes. Distribution, sharing, or reproduction of the recordings will be solely for the purpose of fostering, facilitating, and marketing DIANA and its events, including enhancing its social media presence. By participating in the event, you understand and agree that you are not entitled to any compensation, royalty, or remuneration for the use of the Visual Media, now or in the future. 
  • On the day of the event, you will have the opportunity to identify yourself as someone who does not want to be recorded. DIANA will take reasonable measures to fulfil such requests not to be recorded. However, by attending the event, you acknowledge that you may be recorded.  
  • DIANA has the right to use the intellectual property of pictures, recordings, and other forms of capturing information made available during the sessions for the purposes identified herein. This includes distribution, reproduction, copying of the recordings to other NATO stakeholders, which include other NATO bodies, armed forces of NATO nations, DIANA participating governments, DIANA affiliated elements, and third parties participating in DIANA activities. 
  • NATO DIANA International Demo Days 2026 will be conducted at an UNCLASSIFIED level and will include many parties from academia and industry that do not necessarily hold security clearances. You understand that all information you share should be at the UNCLASSIFIED level or otherwise publicly available. Be mindful of the information you choose to share. Avoid disclosing sensitive information that you do not wish to be recorded and potentially shared publicly.
